CAMP FEES 2023 

Cancellations made before June 1, 2023 will receive a full 100% refund – no questions asked and no administrative fee.

Cancellations made between June 2nd to June 26, 70% of the fees will be refunded

Cancellations made 1 week prior to camp launch will not receive a refund unless there is a medical reason with support from a doctor, in which case you will receive a full refund minus a $25/week administrative fee.

For reasons related to dismissal from camp due to disciplinary action, late arrivals or early departures, campers will not receive any refunds.

In the event Community Roots has to cancel all or part of a program due to a positive COVID-19 test or a suspected COVID-19 outbreak at a camp, we will provide all families with a pro-rated refund based on the number of days cancelled

If your child does not attend, or must leave camp during the week due to illness or injury, you will not receive a refund for the days missed
